Broadlands is a large Edwardian House set in three acres of beautifully maintained wooded grounds leading right onto the Broads. It has been carefully adapted to meet the needs of over forty residents. The gardens have formal and informal areas with benches, walks, arbour, sun-house and private jetties through the reed beds on the banks of the North Bay of Oulton Broad. You can see a wide variety of wild life and waterfowl. Many of the rooms at Broadlands have outstanding views.
Inside there are two very comfortable lounges, dining room, recreation room and an elegantly restored conservatory facing onto the gardens. The facilities include cinema-style TV, and a computer available for residents' use. The menus are varied and set daily to meet popular demands and include produce from the Home's own vegetable gardens.
The Home offers all the customary features found in Greensleeves' Homes - lift, aid call alarms, en-suite rooms (some double), flexible meal times, imaginative programme of activities, arts and crafts, films, church and library visits, social events and seasonal outings, as well as the highest standards of care practice and health and safety.
Please do ask for an information booklet from the Home or our Head Office.
