Wellfield Care Home was established in 1987 catering then for 12 elderly residents.
Since 1987 the home has been extended to its present day form, creating spaciously designed accommodation built to a high standard for 30 persons.

In line with our homes philosophy we consult with residents and their families on an individual basis. Taking into consideration the needs and wishes of each individual, enabling them to make positive choices.
This is achieved by various methods. The Cook checks menus and meals at the time with residents for satisfaction. Choices being made and flexibility in timing as far as is practical.
