The Granary provides a full spectrum of support, care and treatment for older people with dementia. It is situated in Wraxall, Bristol.

Individual care packages ensure that the care needs of the older person are met and single well appointed private rooms in small family units offer a sense of security and belonging.

There are times when an older person with dementia can require a higher level of nursing and even medical care which may mean being transferred to a local hospital. Moving an older person away from familiar surroundings at a time when they need support most can have a detrimental effect on their health and well being and also cause great stress to families. We have recognised this and developed an eighteen bed hospital within the centre to allow elderly residents to stay onsite to receive their medical care and support.

The focal point of the care centre is the spectacular atrium which cascades natural daylight into the heart of the building enabling residents and their families to have that sense of outdoors all year round.
